Virtual Staging

• $20 per image up to 5 virtual staged images.

• $18 per image for 6-10 virtual staged images

• $15 per image for 11-20 virtual staged images

• $13 per image for 21-32 virtual staged images

• $10 per image for 33+ virtual staged images.

Send us your RAW images and we'll virtually stage it with furniture or you can request a photographer to take photos and offer this as an add on service.

Photo Editing

HDR images delivered within 1 day.

• $2 per image with minimum of 10 images.

Virtual Twilight

Convert your crisp RAW image into a virtual twilight night shot:

• $20 per image up to 10 virtual twilight images

• $15 per image up to 20 virtual twilight images

• $10 per image up to 32 virtual twilight images

• $6 per image for 33+ virtual twilight images

The photographer will arrive 10-20 minutes before civil twilight

• $7 per black & white floor plan when adding 3D scan/3D tour of home/building/cabin

For 3D Color Floor Plan:

• $10 per colored floor plan when adding 3D scan/3D tour of home/building/cabin

Virtual Timelapse

• $50 for 1080p virtual timelapse

• $75 for 4K virtual timelapse

Re-shoot/Additional trip to the location

$100 plus possible trip charge depending on the distance to capture additional images if not the fault of photographer because of blurry/pixelation. If there is blurry/pixelation, the specific re-shoot is free of charge.

If there home/building is under construction and a re-shoot is needed, that will be at the expense of the client. Ensure all construction/personnel/pets are secured so the photographer can capture all images in one session. If the area is unfinished and additional photoshoots are needed, there will be minimum $100 each additional visit.
